This announcement had a six day build. You're telling me that Vince McMahon didn't even ponder what he was going to do with RAW, before putting the fate of the show's hands into one promo from Shane and Steph.

It's almost as if he's gone "nah, I can't be bothered with this anymore, just sort it out between yourselves."

Either of the pre show matches should have taken up the majority of this slot. What a waste of time for such a cop out result.
