4. What’s On Tap For Universal Title?

Going into the Royal Rumble PPV, a lot of people assumed that Roman Reigns would capture the title so he could head into WrestleMania as the champ. When that didn’t happen, we got a Universal Championship match the next night that ended in a DQ.

Now, it looks like the two men who last tangled for Kevin Owens’ Universal title, Reigns and Braun Strowman, are destined to tangle with each other rather than with KO again. If that indeed is the case, then who would be next in line for Owens’ title? Will there be a new challenger? Or could both Roman and Braun vie for the championship?

Owens’ days as champ could be numbered, or he could be heading to Mania with the title. Either way, we should get some inkling of what’s next for KO and his championship.
