The legendary 'Loose Cannon' Brian Pillman went from babyface high flyer to psychopathic heel between 1995 and 1996 in order to get noticed and rich in pro wrestling after just over half a decade with WCW.

The plan worked a treat, but Pillman's notoriety extended to his life away from the lens. A car accident robbed him of his best in-ring years following the textured and layered work that earned him the role, and he died in 1997 at just 35 just hours before he was set to work WWE's Badd Blood: In Your House.
