Let's expect that after SummerSlam, Seth Rollins will likely be without the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Rumors abound that WWE Creative has decided to make the switch to John Cena for the interim, the multiple-time WWE Champ's career in 2015 having been re-energized by a run with the United States Championship. Thus Cena, the man that many still feel is the *actual* face of WWE, will likely be the World Champ yet again. As wonderful and surprising as it may be for Cena, what exactly does this mean for Seth Rollins? His run was cut short after five months, and possibly just as he was starting to really pick up steam insofar as drawing major heat. While WWE may feel that a Cena run will help improve ratings and stabilize shareholder concerns, a more purely "pro wrestling" minded observer is likely to point out all of the flaws inherent in what's about to happen. However, it's likely unwise to maintain any anger at WWE, but instead consider what WWE can do with a hot heel, and just who will he face post-SummerSlam? As seen in the picture above, the diminutive mascot/manager of Los Matadores and Seth Rollins have tangled before. However, Rollins' brash announcement that opened Monday's edition of Raw was staged in such a way that it almost makes the idea of the match actually occurring seem worthwhile. Here's an idea of how to make it happen. The night after SummerSlam, John Cena comes to the ring holding the World and United States Championships. Cena says that in order to get his contractually stipulated rematch for the World Championship, he says that he has one match left that he was stipulated to have as World Champion that never took place. Cena says that if Rollins can beat that opponent in the main event, then the shot at Night of Champions is all his. Befuddled, when Rollins realizes it's against El Torito, he licks his chops. However, when he talks himself into a no-DQ match versus the bull, he's instead met with a main event where once the matadors say they'll be at ringside, Rollins counteracts with The New Day. A ton of stuff transpires, Torito gets a near fall, but in the end, Torito actually gets hit with the Pedigree and Rollins wins. With eight people involved, that'd actually have the potential to be a helluva match, and have a ton of intrigue, too.
