7. Brie Bella Accepts Her Fate

2014 should have been a beautiful year for Brie Bella. It started with her beau Daniel Bryan rising to the very top of professional wrestling and the two tying the knot soon after.

The outlook looked rosy, but injury would rob her husband of his career and her boss made her life hell. She quit but would return, only for her own sister to cost her victory over Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley in a big grudge match at SummerSlam.

Nikki continued to berate her sister, running her down on a weekly basis with increasingly hurtful words. The two had a match at Hell in a Cell 2014 where the loser would be forced to become the winner's personal assistant for 30 days.

Such matches generally lead to the heel winning and putting the babyface through further hell until they can't take it anymore, clawing their way back and eventually vanquishing their foe.

The first half of that was true, as Nikki defeated Brie thus forcing her to take on PA duties for the Bella Empire. Just three days before the stipulation would end, however, Brie would assist Nikki in defeating AJ Lee for the Divas Champion.
