"RKO Outta Nowhere" is a meme bonanza these days, Randy Orton in gif form having dropped everyone from skateboarders to small children. So what's ridiculous here is that Randy Orton isn't actually meeting up to the expectation set by his computerized self. The explosion level on the pop for Michael Cole proclaiming "RKO outta nowhere" could've been a fun addition to the road to Wrestlemania, but it's sadly not.
