This was stunning character work from someone who truly gets it. Something this simple did more to sell Dan's gimmick than anything All Elite has done recently; if that sounds harsh, then consider that Garcia has been a bit-part player in recent brawls between Chris Jericho and Eddie Kingston.
AEW could keep this running into the next ROH pay-per-view. Imagine the uproar if Jericho himself brought the gang to a show and held it hostage, or trashed ideas like the Pure Championship. JAS would have a blast if they disparaged serious pro wrestling and flaunted sports entertainment.
