Timings were all over the shop on the show (back when the company had to actually concern themselves with such trivialities), with several matches severed in order to make ample space for the mammoth main events later on the show.

Though Matt Hardy and Rey Mysterio later stole a summer SmackDown with a powerful main event, the first chapter of their rivalry here was grossly underserved as a result.

Though it barely stands up against a Seth Rollins Raw match in the modern age, watched in context it at least played to the sneaky 'V1' gimmick Hardy had brilliantly honed, and gave Mysterio a grand entrance on the 'Grandest Stage'.
