7 Ups & 4 Downs From AEW Dynamite (June 8)
3. Wardlow's World...
...wasn't exactly the coolest catchphrase, and the big man being forced to explain away why he didn't want to enter the battle royal at the start to the show spoke to the problems with that, but there were two moments of magic to be gleamed from a potentially problematic situation.
1) Next week on Dynamite, Wardlow will fight twenty - two zero - people in a single match. A brilliant way to simultaneously tie up his loose end with Smart Mark Sterling and get one more go on the Wardlow Vs The World ride that defined his feud with MJF, this can't be anything but a total blast.
2) Answering the prayers of just about every AEW fan, he as good as promised to clean up the TNT Title mess by eventually facing and defeating Scorpio Sky when the Champion is healed enough to take the sh*tkicking. Babyfaces don't let you down in All Elite Wrestling, and Wardlow won't when the time comes.
