A busy spring pay-per-view schedule meant a busy night for WWE on last night's Raw, as the promotion attempted to assemble a Fastlane 2021 card ahead of Sunday while beefing WrestleMania 37 up at the same time.

Things were always going to be this hectic from the moment the shows were packed so tightly together. Fortunately, WWE doubled the Fastlane lineup here, booking three showcase bouts (including one the likes of which we haven't seen since 2017) for the last B-level supercard before 'Mania, while putting some meat on the Show of Shows' bones at the same time, confirming two big title matches.

This episode was Raw's usual hodgepodge of the sublime and ridiculous, as hard-hitting heavyweight action lined up alongside wacky low comedy, often in sequence. Quality-wise, things were up across the board. While no Show of the Year contender, and not without its lowlights, this was largely a good, solid pro wrestling show from a brand that needed a good, solid pro wrestling show, and an encouraging sign for the upcoming pay-per-views.
