Mid-feud with Bray Wyatt, he went from eco-friendly heel (some people might be confused by that one in years to come) who ranted at fans for their life choices to reborn 'Yes' man who only wanted to wrestle. People were ready to re-embrace Bryan again when the 'Fiend' ripped out clumps of his hair.

At TLC, Dan roared back into action, pulled down his hood to show a new haircut and then stomped Bray's chest into the canvas. Everyone watching instantly knew where WWE were going with this. They could smell another match between both men, and now they had permission to cheer for their hemp-loving hero.

Finn Bálor, Seth Rollins and The Miz all turned heel following interactions with the 'Fiend'. It was refreshing that Bryan went the opposite way by changing his outwardly aggressive heel persona back into a balanced family man who loves the graps.
