Just when it looked like Ever-Rise were going to be given a chance to exact some revenge on the Grizzled Young Veterans after their shocking attack last week, Imperium suddenly made their presence known and set up an absolute banger of a tag team encounter.

Trading typically stiff strikes and no-nonsense offence, both sides were clearly in the mood for a scrap and wanted to prove exactly why they should be the next in line for the Tag Team belts.

In the end, though, Ever-Rise, clearly pissed at missing out on their scheduled contest, would cause the DQ and a fair amount of chaos.

Though we were deprived of a clean finish to this brutal contest, Ever-Rise finally looked like more than a piece of cannon fodder for the first time in their careers here and the promise of more tag team carnage between all involved is enough to satisfy us for now.
