7. Welcome Back, Prince Pretty
It’s safe to say that Tyler Breeze wasn’t going anywhere on the main roster, especially when you consider his last singles match on Raw came in December. Before that, October, and before that, August.
So while it might seem like a demotion to send Breeze back to NXT after nearly four years on the main roster, anything where he got to actually wrestle had to be an upgrade.
And Prince Pretty showed that he’s still more than capable of having a good match, battling Velveteen Dream in a solid bout for the NXT North American Championship. Dream would retain his title, but Breeze hopefully reminded WWE brass that he’s not just a warm body on the roster.
Of course, it’s probably best he spend some time in Florida until there’s evidence he’ll be treated better on the main shows.
