NXT struggled for a while to find a gimmick that fit Jason Jordan, a talented guy with a good build and a lot of potential. The organization found it by partnering him with another performer with a strong amateur wrestling background, Chad Gable. The unlikely duo has rapidly become one of the better teams in NXT and probably will taste tag team gold sooner rather than later. Jordan and Gable might have ended up on the wrong side of the match Wednesday night, but their bout was a coming out party of sorts. The fans were solidly behind them as they battled Rhyno and Baron Corbin, hitting some impressive moves, most notably Gable€™s roll-through bridging German suplex on a 275-pound Corbin.The duo is smooth and crisp in the ring and has a fair amount of chemistry outside it too. It might seem odd to compare them to Kurt Angle€™s former running buddies, but their amateur background, attitude in the ring and even their tights are reminiscent of the World€™s Greatest Tag Team. We€™ll see what the future holds for them€
