Sometimes you have to give WWE announcers a pass when they spew inane chatter and downright dumb comments. They get their marching orders from others, with Vince McMahon yelling in their ears for three hours on Raw and at PPVs. But Byron Saxton, who also does commentary at NXT is awful. Sorry, but the man is just a cliché machine (he spit out at least three in rapid-fire succession in one sentence during the Dusty Rhodes Classic finals match). He also has an annoying habit of pretending to step inside a wrestlers head and telling the audience what theyre saying at that moment. Its really annoying because hes always wrong, and because of his faux voice. Sorry Saxton fans, but he is bad enough to make some long for Jerry Lawler to make his return to Raw.
