7 Ups And 7 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (March 4)
A dominant trio reunites while chaos rules the women's title scene.
Pinning down Monday night’s episode of Raw would be almost impossible in some ways. There were certainly plenty of interesting things happening, but there also was a lot of questionable things that went down.
The entire scene surrounding the Raw Women’s Championship was a debacle. Sure, some fans will love it because there was constant motion with the storyline, but man, WWE had an easy story to tell for the next five weeks, and over the last two weeks, they just blew it apart and are now trying to piece it back together with chewing gum and tape. It still is the best storyline going in the lead-up to WrestleMania, but it took a big step back this week.
Raw’s tag team division actually moved forward by having three teams really establish themselves as wanting the titles, while a fourth team leapfrogged the rest of the division by beating all of them in one night. We’ll take it.
We also got more stupidity with Lacey Evans and EC3, who are filling space and nothing else right now.
And lastly, we got a massive reunion before it became too late to enjoy it, which was your crowd-pleasing moment of the night.
