No matter the era, you can always count on WWE’s video production team to deliver a solid package when it’s needed.

In this case, the team produced a nice tribute to the late Rocky Johnson, who passed away last week. Better known as the father of The Rock, Johnson married into wrestling royalty, becoming part of the legendary Samoan Anoa’I family.

Rocky would achieve his greatest fame in WWF by winning the WWF Tag Team Championship with Tony Atlas, becoming the first African-American duo to win the titles. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2008 alongside his father-in-law, High Chief Peter Maivia.
