75-Year-Old Gerald Brisco Reveals His LAST MATCH On Twitter
WWE Hall of Famer Gerald Brisco is messing with you - and Ric Flair too.
Wrestling legend Gerald Brisco will almost certainly never lace his boots up again, but the 75-year-old knew exactly what he was doing when he hit Twitter to reveal his "last match" on Monday.
The WWE Hall of Famer tweeted the following in the wake of Ric Flair's actual last match:-
I’m 75 years old & I have a big announcement. This is MY last match. pic.twitter.com/bFvVOV58HH

Flair teamed with Andrade El Idolo to defeat Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal in Nashville, Tennessee on Sunday evening. This was the first time Ric had laced up since September 2011, when he worked his final TNA bout, and took place at a Starrcast-promoted show billed 'Jim Crockett Promotions Presents: Ric Flair's Last Match'.
Jarrett was technically pinned while locked in Flair's signature Figure Four in Nashville. This came following an awkward final third in which Ric was barely mobile. One particularly worrying moment saw the 73-year-old 'Nature Boy' appear to convulse while Andrade tried to apply brass knuckles to his hands, with Flair later telling his son-in-law that he had passed out at some stage.
Nonetheless, the post-show reporting stated that Ric was fine afterwards.
Brisco, who last worked for WWE as a talent scout, worked his last bout (a Hardcore Title Evening Gown clash with Pat Patterson) in June 2000.
