8. Who Will Get The Elimination Push?

Longtime readers of this column know what is referred to as the “Diesel Push.”

It’s the phenomenon where a wrestler throws out a series of opponents in a short span of time, thus looking like a monster and (ideally) garnering huge support from fans. Diesel benefited from this in 1994, and since then, wrestlers like “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, Kane, Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman have received a similar Rumble push.

So, with 50 men entering Friday’s Rumble, there’s got to be at least one man who will start tossing participants like lawn darts. There are enough entrants, actually, that we could see multiple men get that push, but will we?
