2. Goldberg's Last Main Event

I mentioned it in the last entry, but on March 5 at Fastlane, Goldberg will be challenging Kevin Owens for the WWE Universal Championship. Most expect that Goldberg will win the title from Owens, and go on to defend the championship against Brock Lesnar in WrestleMania's main event.

Goldberg was originally supposed to just come back for Survivor Series, but before the event, he agreed to work a program with Lesnar that would culminate at WrestleMania. With that in mind, the company changed the finish for the Survivor Series match, putting Goldberg over with gusto. Of course, the expectation was that Goldberg would return the favor before leaving.

WrestleMania will be Goldberg's last date for WWE, and so it will be time for Lesnar to win the Universal Title from him. Not only will that end the 50-year-old's title reign, but it will also mark his last main event ever.

Still, given that he had been out of action for more than 12 years, it's pretty surprising we even got this one.
