8 Most Polarizing Wrestlers Working Today
8. Bray Wyatt
The line between genius and madness is a thin one. Such is the case for Bray Wyatt who, depending on who you ask, is either the most inventive mind the WWE has ever seen or a gimmicky goof who puts on terrible matches.
After unveiling the Firefly Fun House and the Fiend to near universal acclaim last year, segments of the wrestling community have begun to turn on the former Husky Harris. His disastrous match agains Seth Rollins at Hell in the Cell didn't help matters, and his nonsensical feud with the Miz and disappointing Universal Title reign had some wrestling fans declaring the character washed up less than a year after he debuted.
To counter these claims, one could (as is so often the case) point out that the above problems are indictments of WWE's booking team and not the man himself. When Wyatt has crafted his own material for the character, such as in the opening 8 Firefly Fun House vignettes and the Fun House match against John Cena, the results have received near unanimous approval.
Bray Wyatt is undoubtedly one of the most unique minds in the history of wrestling, but whether he's a Fiend or a Fool is a matter of personal opinion.
