GLORY is not technically an MMA promotion, they're a kickboxing promotion, however they must be included in the discussion here, because it is known that they have talked to Del Rio. In fact, they offered a bout with Del Rio to Bill Goldberg, something Goldberg, the former WCW/WWE star, recently let slip. That would suggest that they have some sort of agreement in place with the Mexican star, unless they were simply playing the two sides off one another, hoping that securing one would allow them to secure the other. GLORY reaches a wide audience on Spike TV, but there's a question as to how successful Del Rio would be there, given he uses a wrestling base. Against someone with little experience he might hold his own, but otherwise? Still, the money would be decent, and signing with GLORY would not preclude him from fighting elsewhere, as the promotion has shown a willingness to share its talent.
