Rousey frankly felt, leading into UFC 193, that no one could take away "her title." As much as she has said that fear of losing is what motivates her, it was becoming more and more clear that she was feeling a little too invincible. And it cost her dearly. There's a fine line between confidence and arrogance, or at least over-confidence. Rousey crossed that line a few miles back, frankly. It showed. The Rousey that came to fight at UFC 193 didn't look polished. She looked angry, and motivated, but not like a fighter who was afraid of losing. In fact, she fought like a fighter who thought she couldn't lose, exposing herself in the process.
