If you're familiar with Rob Van Dam, then you'll be aware that he's not one to shy away from smoking a bit of the green stuff. Well, if you were watching his backstage interview prior to his match with Moose, then you're probably thinking he was under the influence then and there.

He rambled throughout his interview, which didn't add anything to his match with Moose whatsoever. While he may have just been a bit flustered, it's highly probable that he had been smoking beforehand. Thankfully it didn't affect the match though, and we didn't see a Victory Road 2011 repeat.
