With Turning Point right around the corner, Impact Wrestling needed to knock the ball out of the park with this episode.

That they did. Well, for the most part anyway.

From an in-ring standpoint, Chris Bey vs. Eddie Edwards, Rohit Raju vs. TJP, and Karl Anderson vs. Josh Alexander all helped ensure this happened. Bey and Edwards' match especially was a phenomenal showcase, just one week after 'The Ultimate Finesser' had put on another excellent display opposite Trey Miguel. Even though he would go on to lose this time around, the former X Division Champion still managed to deliver against Eddie Edwards.

Additionally, detective Tommy Dreamer continued his investigation as he looked to find the suspect behind who shot John E. Bravo, The Rascalz announced their departure from Impact Wrestling after next Tuesday, and Chris Sabin managed to find a new tag team partner for Saturday's special against XXXL in the form of James Storm. Fresh off his Bound For Glory return, it appears as if 'The Cowboy' will be sticking around in Impact for a while yet.

The card for Saturday has really come together with three new additions, but for the final time before Turning Point, let's get to it...
