Ups...

8. At Least It Was Quick

After venting about the Goldberg/Drew McIntyre match, we do have to give credit in one area: it was mercifully short.

WWE knows that Goldberg isn’t capable of having some scientific, drawn-out match, so they just went for all action and ran through the semblance of a match in about 2:30. Sure, they could have had some other moves beyond finishers, and that’s a huge criticism. But they kept it simple, Goldberg didn’t blow any spots, didn’t drop McIntyre on his head, and didn’t win the title in a warped way of the company trying to make news.

For keeping the title on Drew and not getting too cute with things, we’ll give WWE the slimmest of “ups” here.
