5. Zayn Grits It Out

As the other side of the coin to the main event not living up to the hype, Sami Zayn deserves a ton of credit for gritting out a solid performance despite a banged-up shoulder. Zayn€™s injury forced he and Kevin Owens to change from the slugfest and aerial assault that their February encounter was, and switch to Zayn pounding Owens for about five minutes before succumbing to a quick, devastating attack. Sami only really suffered one serious bump, but it was the dreaded ring apron powerbomb that sidelined him in December. Before that, however, he and Owens had a brawl that more closely resembled an Attitude Era brawl through the crowd. Back in the ring, Zayn unloaded on Owens with a variety of suplexes before getting taken out.It was clear that Zayn wasn€™t 100 percent, even though he had been medically cleared. Kudos to him for going out there and putting on a perfectly serviceable main event. Hopefully, he will heal up and return soon to get back to doing what he loves.
