It’s nice that WWE is trying to give wrestlers something to do or some character trait to define them, but Erick Rowan definitely drew the short straw with his.

You’d think a man who defeated Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns this fall alone would be treated like a serious threat coming over to Raw, but we’ve seen more of him from the perspective of the animal in his cage (a camera shot through the cage) than anything else. He carries the covered cage to the ring, beats up a jobber and then leaves.

It’s not interesting, and it’s not advancing anything. It’s lame and should be scuttled. It really is a shame in some ways that they broke up Rowan and Bryan, as it was the first time Rowan really was somewhat interesting. Now he’s just a big man not doing much of note on Raw.
