7. Lucha House Party Gets Competitive

It seemed like Lucha House Party was going to get wiped out by The Club in six-man tag action Monday night, but that’s not quite what we got.

Yes, AJ Styles & The Good Brothers won the bout, but Lince Dorado, Gran Metalik & Kalisto got a decent amount of offense in during it, with Lince hitting a handspring Stunner, Kalisto running wild for a bit, and the Luchas flying around the ring to briefly control the match.

The outcome never really was in doubt, as the Good Brothers hit a Boot of Doom on Kalisto before AJ locked in the Calf Crusher for the tap-out.

We might not see Lucha House Party win many matches on Raw, but it’s nice to see them have a competitive match after being used as punching bags for the now-injured Lars Sullivan.
