6. Theory Still Raw

Austin Theory might be a future world champion for all we know, but watching his matches on Raw, he just looks overmatched and out of his league.

Monday, Theory squared off against Aleister Black in a Money in the Bank qualifying match. Early on, it looked like they weren’t on the same page, with Austin awkwardly avoiding a legsweep and just stumbling around. Throughout the match, he looked lost at times, but he still managed a couple nice spots.

Theory is still young (22), so he has plenty of time to grow into this role, but it just feels like if it weren’t for the current situation, he wouldn’t be on Raw right now in a prominent position.

Still, we have to give this a “down” due to the disappointing match.
