Their message of positivity is also a lesson in hypocrisy, and their New Day Rocks (Sucks)! chant can get any crowd to respond. So when they loss the tag titles at Money in the Bank at the height of their popularity it felt like at worst this was a one-month detour. But New Days promo before Sundays match set the table nicely, as the three repeatedly pointed out how theyve managed to stay positive despite losing. Xavier Woods manic pleading that they deserve to win and that they would win looked like a crazy man trying to hold it together.When you recall the time recently when Xavier nearly told a crowd (in character) that they sucked, it seems like the group is on the verge of a massive breakdown, where they could shed their false positivity and just be full-fledged villains.
