2. Carlito

When you think of Carlito, you probably think about him merrily chomping on an apple.

You might recall his popular "that's not cool" catchphrase or, regrettably, the casual racism that saw his final run with WWE come to an abrupt and sad end. Whatever your abiding memory of the cheeky Puerto Rican, the chances are you won't be thinking about how absolutely shredded he looked during that second run in the company. 

Take a look at the difference in his size between his first WWE run and his second though. It flew under the radar somewhat, but when Carlito made a surprise appearance at Backlash 2023, his pop was enormous (as you'd expect with the PLE taking place in San Juan), but he'd also returned looking like he'd spent his time away from the spotlight bench-pressing cars.

In 2026, Carlito has wrestled as far as Bulgaria on the indies and is still looking like a man whose diet consists of apples and bricks. It's a long way from the medium-sized grappler who made his name as a moderately sized superstar coming after John Cena.
