9 Current TNA Talent That Were In WWE NXT
9. The Tribunal
Sylvester Lefort and Marcus Louis had been a part of NXT for years and were an integral part of the on-air product early on. After Lefort floundered for a while trying to find someone to manage, he formed an alliance with Louis in 2014. Perhaps their biggest claim to fame was feuding with Enzo Amore and Big Cass that fall, but it was apparent they would never leave WWE's developmental system for the main roster.
The duo took a backseat to the bigger (and better) talent in 2015 and wrestled very few televised matches before being released at the onset of 2016. It didn't take them long to find a home at TNA, however, where they reunited as The Tribunal under the tutelage of Al Snow.
Repackaged as Basile Baraka and Baron Dax, the team immediately entered a feud with Grado and Mahabali Shera, whom they defeated at Slammiversary. They then set their sights on the World Tag Team Championship but fell short of victory versus The Hardyz on a recent episode of Impact Wrestling.
They may not be the most exciting tandem in TNA, but they are now more of a threat than they ever were in NXT.
