What in the holy hell is going on with this mess? Bray Wyatt’s 2017 started well, with a WWE Championship win at Elimination Chamber. When Randy Orton burnt down his shack, I don’t think the world realised how important that was to the Eater of Worlds - everything has gone to sh*t for Bray ever since that fateful night.
Bray is now dressing up in drag to take on what is supposedly Finn Bálor, but looks more like an aborted cover of a secondary Goosebumps novel. What is this? The Demon vs. Sister Abigail? Or a fight between two discarded members of Mushroomhead? WWE keeps the Sister Abigail ‘character’ under wraps for years, only to finally reveal it in a match against a pumpkin?
I don’t know how it will be manage it, but WWE needs to come out of this without both men being completely ruined. The likelihood is that it is going to be a schtick-filled shambles featuring morphing and voice manipulation. It may be so bad that only man can be saved. If that is the case, Finn must win - Sister Abigail would be worth saving if it wasn’t Bray Wyatt with a sack over his head. The lawsuit must really be a pain for WWE.
