7. A Ripper Of A TV Match
Jon Moxley and Fénix blew away suspicions of a styles clash by wrestling an excellent TV match.
Fénix throughout attempted to blow Mox away with his mind-blowing arsenal, and Mox in response excelled in the space between moves, which he used to put over Fénix's ability. Acting with a degree of fear - which was all the more effective since Mox is usually so consistently protective of his ultra-violent badass persona - he evaded at the last second Fénix's various attacks.
The match was structured to put Fénix over strong in defeat, as a make-good for his missing Wembley. In an amazing and well-earned spot, he kicked out of an avalanche Death Rider so brutal that it looked to have gone awry. The bump was sickening (read: awesome). Mox sold the cutter throughout as a kill-shot, which registered as a close near-fall when Fénix eventually executed it.
Mox won when Fénix passed out in the bulldog choke, after which...
