Tony Khan opened and closed Full Gear 2022 with two of the most impactful AEW wins ever.

Jungle Boy's steel cage triumph was a true coming of age moment for his career, and it should be greeted as a sign that Jack Perry is second in command when it comes to future stars. Speaking of that "future", MJF stole headlines on the pay-per-view by conspiring with William Regal to screw Jon Moxley out of the World Title.

Elsewhere, Khan bookmarked his show with Saraya's emotional return, a new Interim Women's Champ, a brand new TNT Champ, and a slight shocker for The Elite's hastily-arranged return. Some matches (like the TBS Title and Tag-Team Titles, arguably) sagged a little, but AEW pay-per-views are a bit of an all-you-can-eat buffet - there really is something for every kind of fan.

Full Gear had wild brawls, stellar technical wrestling, blood, drama, championship switches and more. The promotion is only two months removed from his last title win, but it already feels like CM Punk in AEW never happened.

Here's all the good and bad from Saturday's blockbuster.
