Bound For Glory is now one month away, with an added speed bump called Victory Road added on the course between now and 24 October. Two championship bouts have been confirmed for the pay-per-view, while many other stories played out this week leading into the biggest night on Impact's calendar.

The main story here was the return of Eddie Edwards, who hasn't been heard from since dropping the World Championship to Eric Young a few weeks back. Eddie was granted a title shot at Victory Road on 3 October, but the former American Wolf found himself blindsided as the show went off-air, leaving far more questions than answers behind in the process.

Other major highlights from the evening included Rohit Raju scamming Trey Miguel out of capturing the X Division Championship, Tenille Dashwood's long-awaited return to the squared circle opposite Jordynne Grace, and Heath's latest promotional vignette, featuring a host of celebrity cameos (literally). Sami Callihan also piledrove Katie Forbes, which is a thing that happened.
