7. Frenemies Working Together
Who knew Madison Rayne and Kiera Hogan could be a great team if they put their differences aside for once? Their tactics clearly worked this week when they battled Jordynne Grace and newcomer Alexia Nicole, as they ended up coming out on the winning side of things.
For the majority of the contest, Rayne and Hogan confined Nicole to their corner of the ring, which made it even better when 'Thicc Mama Pump' finally got the tag towards the end of the bout. She came in like a house on fire, downing Kiera with some of her signature power offence. When Alexia was tagged back in though, 'The Queen Bee' quickly took her out with the CrossRayne for the three count, all while 'The Girl on Fire' kept Jordynne at bay outside the ring.
This was undoubtedly the right result. Even though their friendship has been on and off over the last few weeks, Madison and Kiera always show that they can be a half-decent unit when they work together. Great scenes.
