6. Using Propaganda

Say what you will about Baron Corbin’s reign of terror, it was good to see him use perhaps WWE’s greatest asset – the company’s video-making capabilities – to his advantage.

Corbin had not one, but two videos put together for Monday night: one whitewashing his rise to power, complete with dramatic voiceover, and another celebrating Drew McIntyre’s dominance since coming to Raw.

The video packages were over-the-top and a bit corny, but that’s exactly what they were supposed to be, especially with the Corbin video. That one was almost comical in how ridiculous it was to celebrate a failed Money in the Bank briefcase-holder.
