9 Ways To Improve TNA Impact Wrestling

By David Noriega /

7. Dixie Carter

I'll start off by saying that based on everything I've heard, Dixie Carter for all intents and purposes appears to genuinely be a very nice lady. THAT, unfortunately is the problem. She's too nice and she holds no one accountable for their actions (example: Austin Aries incident). She's too afraid to make the hard decisions and worst of all she's the biggest MARK of them all. You can't be the president of a wrestling company and be in awe of the talent that work for YOU. She needs to wake up and realize that she's the boss. Most of the time, that means making the tough decisions that are best for business, which includes firing people. On top of all that, she hasn't hired the right people behind the scenes that would help make her business successful. Coincidentally, that brings me to my next point..
