9 WWE Superstars Who Could Be So Much More Than They Currently Are

9. Mojo Rawley

There may be no WWE talent as underused these days as Mojo Rawley. A superstar many fans might not feel worthy of a strong push by the company, in limited opportunities, Mojo has shown himself to be a performer with glimpses of untapped potential.

His gimmick as a hyped-up babyface in NXT was a decent starter character. When he teamed with Zack Ryder to form the Hype Bros., the tag team was entertaining in smaller doses. When it was rumored he'd be turning heel, things got interesting. There was an underlying buzz of excitement Rawley might find a character he could sink his teeth into. He turned on Ryder, set the tone for a heel run and subsequently cut a strong promo, but it still wasn't enough. Their rivalry never got the time nor the payoff it deserved and Rawley was quietly moved to Raw where his appearances have been few and far between.

But make no mistake: there is something there. He's big, strong, quick, smart and understands the idea of embracing whatever character he's given. WWE simply needs to give him opportunities to show he's got the goods.
