Adam Cole Vs. Kyle O'Reilly II Set For WWE NXT: The Great American Bash
Adam Cole and Kyle O'Reilly will wrestle once more on 6 July.
Adam Cole and Kyle O'Reilly look set to reprise their in-ring rivalry for NXT's Great American Bash special on 6 July.
This was announced during last night's show, with General Manager William Regal and his new enforcer, Samoa Joe, on the scene when a fight between the former Undisputed Era men was breaking out. When Cole and O'Reilly were separated, the GM announced the match.
O'Reilly and Cole were also given the power to choose their own singles opponents for next week's episode of NXT. KOR accosted North American Champion Kushida later on, setting that bout in stone. Cole, however, was a little preoccupied in the shadow realm, having been choked unconscious by Joe after trying to barge past the former NXT Champion backstage.
This will be Cole and O'Reilly's second singles match in WWE. TakeOver: Stand & Deliver saw them work a lengthy unsanctioned bout in April, with KOR emerging victorious after just over 40 minutes. Both men were also involved in a Fatal Five-Way for Karrion Kross' NXT Championship at TakeOver: In Your House on 13 June.
No other matches had been announced for The Great American Bash at the time of writing.
