On April 16th, Adam Rose (along with Konnor of The Ascension) was suspended for 60 days for violating WWE's Wellness Program for a second time.

Immediately following the suspension Rose took to social media to protest his innocence, stating that he felt it was unfair and he that he followed all the correct protocol regarding the medication he was collared for. Rose also said he would soon post a note from his doctor in order to further protest his innocence.

Rose has posted the handwritten note from his doctor on his Twitter feed, and it makes for interesting (if typically for a doctor, fairly illegible) reading.

The note states that Rose (real name Raymond Leppan) had been prescribed Adderall in order to treat his ADHD, and that World Wrestling Entertainment was aware of this for over a year. The note also states that the medication takes effect over a long time as opposed to immediately, and that the drug is FDA-approved.

Regardless of the ins and outs of the medication itself, Rose is basically claiming unfair and hypocritical treatment from WWE. It's a fairly radical move from the South African Super Studd, and one that may seem him become more of a social outcast with WWE management. Either way, there's a long way to go on this one just yet.
