Adam Rose Suspended "Indefinitely" By WWE
WWE's punishment on Adam Rose for his Wednesday arrest.
Adam Rose has had a rough go of it over the last several weeks, starting with his 60-day suspension due to a wellness policy violation, then an arrest on domestic battery on Wednesday, and you can now add indefinite WWE suspension to the list.
WWE has released the following statement regarding Rose's current legal situation and future with the company:
WWE has zero tolerance for matters involving domestic violence, and per our policy, Raymond Leppan has been suspended indefinitely following his arrest.
Rose was arrested at 1:30 am on Wednesday morning for an incident with his wife. According to PWInsider, he was charged for battery domestic violence and tampering with a witness. This was followed up by the official criminal report issued by the Hillsborough County Sheriff's office which stated Rose and his wife were arguing about their marriage, and the confrontation lead to Adam grabbing his wife by the face.
Rose's wife then attempted to dial 911, but he took the phone to prevent her from doing so. This is what eventually lead to his tampering with a witness charge.
It's amazing at this point that WWE has not already released Rose from his contact, especially considering the hot water he was already in with the company over his protesting of the wellness policy violation WWE had served him. If Rose is convicted of these battery and tampering charges, you can bet WWE will be severing ties with him (if they don't do so beforehand).
