AEW Files Trademark For "AEW Revolution"
Could this be the name of AEW's weekly TNT show?
As All Elite Wrestling continues to file new trademarks, one term AEW has recently filed for is “AEW Revolution”.
The ever-reliable Raj Giri over at WrestlingInc broke the news, with AEW Revolution the latest of several phrases legally coined by the company.
At this stage, there is zero information on what exactly AEW Revolution is referring to – with the tag potentially being for an upcoming PPV event, a TV show, a video game, merely for merchandise purposes, or one of countless other possibilities.
AEW has already trademarked Tuesday Night Dynamite, Wednesday Night Dynamite, Double or Nothing, AEW All Out, and Change the Universe in addition to the promotion’s name and this latest AEW Revolution label.
All Elite will premiere its weekly TNT show on Wednesday, October 2nd, and many were originally predicting that the TV offering would be titled Wednesday Night Dynamite. The title of that TNT show has yet to be officially revealed by AEW, although AEW Revolution could feasibly fit the bill.
Before that TV debut, of course, there’s the small matter of AEW All Out on Saturday, August 31st – which will be headlined by Chris Jericho and ‘Hangman’ Adam Page doing battle to crown the first ever AEW World Champion.
