AEW Returning To The Road With Crowds In July
Normality returns to AEW's touring schedule, beginning with the 7 July Dynamite.
All Elite Wrestling has today announced a return to something resembling a regular touring schedule, having confirmed a trio of attended shows in Florida and Texas for July.
The promotion's official press release notes the following shows:-
Wednesday 7 July: James L. Knight Center - Miami, FL
Wednesday 14 July: H-E-B Center - Cedar Park, TX
Wednesday 21 July: Curtis Culwell Center - Garland, TX
All three events will feature live crowds, with tickets going on sale this Friday, 14 May. It is noted that the events are being held in accordance with Texas and Florida's COVID safety protocols, with seating capacities configured to adhere to the relevant mandates.
There are currently no restrictions on how many fans may attend public gatherings in Florida and Texas.
AEW has also announced a couple of rescheduled events, with the 23 June show in St. Louis moved to 5 November and a New Orleans show booked for 12 January 2022.
Last month saw AEW announcer Jim Ross confirm the company would return to the road "aggressively" from July. Company president Tony Khan then announced last week that 30 May's Double Or Nothing pay-per-view full run with 100% capacity in Daily's Place, Jacksonville, where AEW has held the bulk of its pandemic-era shows.
