Poor Kazarian appeared to suffer a nasty arm injury when PAC hurled him out of the ring during the battle royal. He landed really awkwardly, and PAC looked ever-so-slightly concerned when he was barking at him afterwards. Fingers crossed that Frankie is alright, because this didn't look good.
