Bobby Fish is now a free agent following the expiration of his All Elite Wrestling contract.

This is per PWInsider's Mike Johnson, who reports that the former Undisputed Elite member formally departed the promotion on 31 August, when his deal ran out.

Fightful Select reported earlier this week that Fish was likely to depart AEW when his current contract expired, with a renewal seemingly not on the cards. Now, this has become a reality.

Fish, 45, had been with AEW since October 2021, spending the majority of his time aligned with old WWE running buddies Adam Cole and Kyle O'Reilly as part of the Undisputed Elite (along with The Young Bucks and assorted associates). This ended on Dynamite's 3 August episode, when Fish, Cole, and O'Reilly turned on the Bucks, who were minted as babyfaces in the process.

There has been no sign of Cole, Fish, or O'Reilly since then. While Cole and O'Reilly have spent much of the past few months sidelined through injury, this isn't the case for Bobby.

Fish last wrestled for AEW on its 13 July Dark: Elevation tapings, squashing Blake Li.
