Result: Cross puts MJF away with a Shooting Star Press (9:23).

Rating: It says a lot about All In that the worst match on the show was a perfectly enjoyable three-star bout. It got the show proper off to an energetic start, with both men proving well-matched and keeping the crowd engaged throughout.

It didn't do anything particularly unique or inventive, but Cross is always a joy to watch, and for an ultra-late addition to the card, it mostly delivered the goods.

If you were left thinking this match could've been cut to tighten up the show's pacing and give more time to the main event, though, nobody would blame you. 6/10
