While yesterday saw Andrade finally granted his WWE release, there's now a huge update on this situation.

As per the Wrestling Observer, the belief is that the former La Sombra is able to compete for any and all other wrestling promotions immediately. Rather than the regular 90-day non-compete clause, the one-time NXT Champion had zero such clause in his WWE contract.

If this report is indeed true, that means that Andrade could appear on AEW Dynamite as soon as this Wednesday, could show up on the first NWA Powerrr on FITE TV, could make an appearance on Tuesday’s IMPACT Wrestling, could opt to return to New Japan Pro Wrestling, or could turn up wherever he wants as soon as he wants.

At this stage, there’s no word on what the hugely talented 31-year-old has in mind for his wrestling future. All that we know is that he was desperate to get out of WWE, with him initially requesting his release from the company back on 8 March.

One would imagine that the real-life Manuel Oropeza will return to the La Sombra moniker that served him so well in his pre-WWE career, and one also has to imagine that there will be no shortage of offers coming his way in the coming weeks and months.
